We spent a wonderful time at this hotel. the room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with luxurious amenities and a private balcony. the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the restaurant served delicious food with a variety of choices for breakfast.
Even though there was beach access, the beach was a bit far and required transportation.

Wonderful staff, helpful receptionist, comfortable mattresses and pillows, pleasant pool area, decent size room and bathroom with balcony.

The hotel is located in a great area of the city, relatively close to the beach and the Bali Collection shopping mall. The cleanliness of the swimming pool and the room was commendable. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

We had a lovely romantic escape in a newly developed area. The room was spacious and cozy. The hotel was conveniently located near popular attractions and had helpful staff. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. The pool was clean and relaxing. We also cherished the complimentary spa service.
The hotel was too strict in terms of its policies. The rules felt suffocating at times. The menu options for room service were limited. The price for some amenities was excessive and did not match the quality of the service. we enjoyed our stay, but felt hindered by the strict ambiance of the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near Geger beach and a shopping mall. In terms of room, there were many electrical sockets and Wi-Fi was fast. Breakfast had plenty of options, especially Chinese cuisine.
The housekeeping and cleanliness were below standard.
